Created by the Kansas Association of the Deaf, the Miss Deaf Kansas Ambassador program seeks to provide young Deaf women throughout Kansas the opportunity to improve their confidence and poise, develop leadership and public speaking skills, and serve as a representative for and to the Deaf community.
